Our aim is to deliver your food to you as quickly as possible and we usually do this in around 45-90 minutes. Once we have received and checked your order, we will place it in line with all other delivery orders regardless of size or distance. At this point we will then send you an email to confirm that your order has been accepted.
We always do our very best to get your order out to you as soon as possible however sometimes things don't always go to plan. Delivery waiting times can be longer, especially at peak traffic times, weekends and holiday periods but rest assured however, your food will have been prepared and cooked to order for you prior to leaving the shop. We operate our own delivery service to ensure that no delivery orders from other shops are picked up by the driver on route to you, ensuring that your food is as fresh and as hot as possible on arrival.

All items are subject to availability and we do update the website and app menu regularly. If there is however part of your order that is not available, we will contact you as soon as possible to offer you the choice of an alternative or refund for any item that we cannot include in your order.

Once an order has been accepted for delivery, we do not allow collection to be made from the shop as separate take-away and collection services are offered if you intend to visit us in person at the shop.
